Is it possible to extend the warranty?
Yes. The warranty can be extended during the warranty period to 36 months or 5,000 working hours.
Is mobile service support available?
Yes. Mobile service is available to our customers, as well as a spare parts warehouse, ensuring a quick response to any potential issues.
Is remote diagnostics available?
Yes, specifically for Faresin models, which have developed the “Farmatics” software that enables quick and complete diagnostics, pre-scheduled servicing, and machine monitoring.
Can the customer use the "Farmatics" software?
Yes. The customer can track the machine’s geolocation, as well as its consumption, operating time, and all other parameters.
Are FULL ELECTRIC machines hybrid or fully electric?
FULL ELECTRIC is a range of fully electric machines with 0% CO2 emissions, no noise, and are suitable for all conditions (warehouses, logistics centers, or agricultural operations).
Is financing available?
Financing is available in collaboration with commercial banks or through the IPARD office.
